We want BrokerCheck to be accurate. When something on the site is wrong, we want to hear about it and fix it. This page explains how.
What you can report
You can tell us about a wrong fee, a broken link, an outdated fact, a wrong name or anything else that looks incorrect on a review, comparison, guide or tool page.
How to report an error
- Open the contact page and choose the option “Report an error”, or write to info@brokercheck.co.
- Give us the address of the page and describe what is wrong.
- If you can, add the correct information and where it can be checked, for example the official page of the provider.
We only use your details to reply to your message. Our privacy policy explains how they are handled.
What happens next
We read every message, and we usually respond within 1 business day. We check each report against the information available. If the page is wrong, we correct it.
When a page has been corrected, it shows its new updated date. Reviews display the date of their latest update, so you can see when the content was last changed.
If we check a report and find that the page is right as it stands, we will tell you so when we reply.
Who looks at corrections
Every review names its author and its fact-checker. Corrections follow the same editorial policy and the same published methodology as the original content.
Keeping information current
We continuously update our recommendations so that readers have access to current information. Providers change their fees, terms and offers, so please also check important details with the provider before you act.
